Porsche driver Richard Pusey avoided Eastern Freeway crash because he was ‘urinating on the side of the road’ A Highway Patrol car pulled him over and carried out a drug test. His saliva allegedly returned a positive result and two more officers were called to assist in impounding his Porsche. Within minutes of the second patrol car arriving, a refrigerated truck being driven by Cranbourne man Mohinder Singh Bajwa struck the three cars and the four officers.
