Porsche driver Richard Pusey avoided Eastern Freeway crash because he was ‘urinating on the side of the road’ A Highway Patrol car pulled him over and carried out a drug test. His saliva allegedly returned a positive result and two more officers were called to assist in impounding his Porsche. Within minutes of the second patrol car arriving, a refrigerated truck being driven by Cranbourne man Mohinder Singh Bajwa struck the three cars and the four officers. Pusey avoided the crash and fled the scene unharmed. It’s now believed he was urinating at the side of the road when the truck hit the cars.
